Lindsay has had the opportunity to serve the Cosmetology industry, working as a Stylist for 17 years. For the past decade, Lindsay has owned and operated Flaunt, with the main purpose of creating a unique, fun, and welcoming space for customers to relax in. Flaunt has won Best Salon for GayLife Paper, been featured in Baltimore Magazine, and has remained a successful small business on the Avenue in Hampden for over 10 years.
Lindsay has the natural ability to communicate and assist clients to help them discover and express the best versions of themselves. Lindsay enjoys learning about the client on a deeper level and fosters long-term relationships. Some of her specialties include private 1 on 1 appointments, Halo Couture and Babe hair extension expertise, and on-location Bridal, Photoshoot, or Personal stylist services. When she isn't at the salon, Lindsay loves to craft, give Tarot Card readings, and travel to new places with her Wife Alice, stepdaughter Ellie, and Mini Golden-doodle Jack.

Jess has been working at Flaunt since 2013 offering a wide variety of services to clients. She has a special love for diversity in her clients and her work as a Stylist. She began doing hair in college and discovered the special talent of helping people transform themselves. Jess specializes in corrective color, short haircuts, and has a passion for major transformations. Jess's ideal client is someone who is laid back and isn't hesitant to change or trying something new. Bonus points if they have any cute pet pictures to share! Yana loves to make people feel good about themselves and teach them to work with their hair and not against it. She started her journey as a stylist in 2014 and went to school at the Paul Mitchel Institute in Tysons Corner, VA. She is inspired by natural and Parisian effortless styles and specializes in baby-lights and natural lived in hair. Yana is dedicated to making each of her clients feel happy before they leave her chair. When she isn’t styling or studying new hair trends, she is playing with her dog, exploring great restaurants in Baltimore or working out.

With a passion for beauty, Jess has been doing hair since 2005. Jess's mission as a stylist is to offer her clients everything they need to look and feel their best. Jess understands that life is hectic (a Mom herself); therefore she knows the value of being pampered. Jess likes to provide her clients with the tools and education to meet their personal hair goals. She loves to provide her clients with beautiful transformations that are easy to maintain, requiring minimal to no styling. Two of her favorite people are Michelle Obama and Oprah whom she gets a lot of inspiration.

She’s been licensed since 2013 and loves doing corrective color while also specializing in curly hair. Marissa's personalized approach includes a thorough consultation and makes sure each individual's wants and needs are met. With her passion and dedication to her craft, Marissa brings creative and precise solutions to the Baltimore hair community. Hollie aka Hollie Joy moved to Baltimore and joined Flaunt in 2021. She relocated from Harrisburg, PA, and has over 10 years experience working behind the chair as a successful Stylist. Her love and passion with doing hair is specializing in balayage, redhead and dimensional color, and blonding services. She recently expanded her skill set and offers Hair Extensions. Hollie understands the value of improving the confidence and joy of each client and enjoys building a genuine relationship with each guest. When she is not at work, you can find her binge watching nostalgic shows with her husband and dog, exploring the world of cooking and baking, and trying out her own hair stunts.

Liz's main priority is to make sure all of our clients feel comfortable, welcomed, and most importantly, safe. She knows how to operate a 'well-oiled' salon and keep the stylists on track.
Outside of work, Liz is a horror-loving, goth weirdo, Wife, cat mom of 4, mashed potato connoisseur, and part-time model. She is currently working her way through The Nightstalker series on Netflix!
